Good games next round! Hopefully Perspolis will beat Al Jazira of UAE, and Es Es-Zob Ahan will be a good game...
Interesting to know that Iran has the most reps in West Asia in the next round with 3 clubs, Qatar and UAE each have 2 and Saudi has 1! Not sure why KSA had 2 reps in this year's ACL when Al Hilal made it to the final last year... oh well, it's AFC!!!

Saudi clubs didn't meet the "professional" standards so 2 were not allowed to participate.
Saudi clubs are more mismanaged than Iranian clubs but because they're the playtoys of rich princes, the top 2 clubs can compete simply by throwing money at any problem.

Thanks for clarifying this... It makes sense. This is how pathetic Asia overall is, corrupt and mismanaged! No wonder Asian teams don't improve...

Emrooz GHERMEZETEH!

Perspolis play Al Jazira and will host them next week in Tehran. Reds got a much better draw than we did. Zob Ahan won't be easy.
