I'm not disappointed. It was just a wait and see for me to get some evidence as to how shaken the two conservative factions in Majlis are, and how they're going to react.
I think they want to push Rohani as much as they can away from reformists and towards rAst e sonnati, or even Kargozaran. But at the same time it's evident as day that they are scared shit of tightening sanctions. We'll see how Rohani reacts. It's not gonna be easy. If he wants to ride the public support card (and he has already lost people with Pourmohammadi) he has to name reformists, but he can't afford to get into a pissing match with Majlis like AN often did. My guess is that Rafsanjani is gonna milk this standstill like there is no tomorrow.

I think his reaction is important. However, First mistake he did in order to get the confidence vote, was to go to Rahbar. That was the wrong gamble. Now he has less reformers in the cabinet. His second mistake was to rely on Larijani's influence, thus choosing a retard as key minister of his cabinet.
But for these 3 his reaction will be important. Specially "oloom" which IMO is very important. It is basically the ministry that can cause their own downfall.

Vezarat Keshavar in Iran is considered the most powerful political ministry given to larijani's faction
Vezarat Ulum Very important for the "intelegencia"
Vezarat Amoozesh Parvaresh very important from a job creation and because of depth and breadth of its infrastructure reach.
Vezarat Ershad is given away to a non-eslah talab.
basically even though rouhani gave away two ministries to people associated with Majles, they were unwilling to approve even one other crucial ministry for him.
people might argue well vezarat rah shahr sazi, vezarat maden, vezarat kar, vezarat eghtesad rouhani got what he wanted.
but the reality is those ministries have long term contracts with Sepah and other entities that can't be easily replaced.
as for vezarat eghtesad, it is not like rouhani will have any more luck levying taxes on Rahbar owned businesses.
