Unbelievable, even with all these inherited problems they've been able to get this kind of result.

Particularly with his opponents blocking so many measures introduced to try and get people back to work

Fantastic news for the US, for the Obama campaign, and for the world really.

How convenient! Who DIDN'T think this was bound to happen. 114,000 jobs cannot possibly lower the rate by .3%. Explain this.

"economy added enough jobs to drive the rate down even as more than 400,000 new people entered the labor market, according to Labor’s household jobs survey."

So 400,000 new people enter the market, 114,000 get jobs and unemployment goes down?

Answer the question.
you mean answer the conspiracy theory question you just posed? dont be a sore loser.

Is this like your last claim when you said more people showed up to Glenn Beck rally than they did to Tahrir Square? hmmm

these crowds aren't that large anyway. Judging by pictures, more people went to see Glenn Beck.

Up to 4 years ago, Republican policies, same ones Romney wants to take the county back to, destroyed the economy and the country was loosing almost 800k jobs a month.

Now, lets see, Reagan and Bush Sr. run the country, and the economy goes shit. Then Clinton runs the country, and the economy goes superb. Then Bush Jr. takes over and destroys the country. Obama takes over and within short period, puts it back into growth. So, should we put Romney in the office to take it back to Bush time with the same Bush poliices?

As Obama said yesterday, economy does not grow from the top down, but rather from middle up. Romney's policy of giving it all to the 1% and then depend on their charity for the rest is a recipe for destruction. It did not work during Reagan, Bush Sr., bush Jr and it will not work now.

114,000 jobs is below the number needed just to account for population growth.
Natural do you know what the rate of population growth has been in America over the last 20 years......how about immigrant labor - do you know that rate? If 114K jobs in one moth is not enough to fill that demand.....

Who signs your paycheck? Is he above you or below you? 95% of wage earners get their paychecks from people who are richer than they. You have no clue how economy works.
Who makes them rich to begin with? you think money comes from Mars or something? If you want to create jobs make sure you have a strong middle class. All businesses will only hire when the need is there. Not out of the goodness of their hearts. Without a strong middle class the demand won't ever be there.

I guess you are the one without any clue after all.

The middle class is not middle class without jobs. It is the business owner who is putting up everything on the line. They are the ones who have mortgaged their home and singed the notes that could eventually make them bankrupt. The employer shows up with the shirt on his back. What was the biggest risk YOU took? Cross the street? You can barely pay your own bills let alone provide for others.

Good read on the jobs report and potential impact on the election:

http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/10/05/jobs-news-makes-obamas-case-easier/#more-35589

"I’m less inclined to predict what immediate effect the numbers will have on the polls — whether Friday’s news outweighs, for instance, Mr. Obama’s poor performance in Wednesday night’s debate. Mr. Obama did not win the election on Friday any more than he lost it on Wednesday.

But for the first time in a long while, Mr. Obama should be happy if the discussion turns toward the economy."

You hit it right on the nose. This is the difference between the wealthy of the past, before 35 years ago defined by Barry Goldwater today's republicans and brutally pushed ending up with Reagan becoming president. The starving of the beast (the government) for the pocket of the few.

Where Ford believed in everyone working for him having enough money to own Ford cars as the way to the great economy, today's republicans believe in the the few having it.

I dont think Flint realizes to the extent that the middle class own small business and the number of people they employ. Like today's republicans, the small business and middleclass are not part of their plans.

yup...people should have a look at UK or Europe as a whole and see how management in a crisis works...or doesn't. 7.8% unemployment is what causes celebrations in Germany and has them on a high horse...nevermind other parts of Europe...and he's doing that with a huge drop in public sector employment. Obama is Based God..

To those people who claim the numbers are bogus and wrong...just wondering...don't you think that it would have been more convenient for them to fake the numbers over a whole year or at least 6 months, have it at 7% now and save all those hedge fund guys and billionaires who spent money on Mitt time and money they will hopefully spend on taxes next year? Just saying...I mean, it would have been more convenient too....

Anyway, Obama's not longer a black man, he's a Black God.... (chill....it's a SpaceGhostPurrp reference...)
