If any daughter is at a point she must spend $3,000 per year for contraception – I would say that father has already failed as a parent. Call me old school – but I still believe the best way to prevent pregnancy is not to have sex before one is at least 16 – and certainly not to have what liberals call “casual sex” after that. I am not saying one must not have sex before marriage – but I certainly am against the $3,000 per year contraceptive lifestyle.

Reagan is the creator of the problems we see today. His solution to fixing the issue was borrowing (which under great situation to invest in new industries and future) would be a good thing. But he just gave it to the very top making them much wealthier with the message that it will trickle down. The trickle down never came. He also instituted getting rid of all regulations (financial tragedies of today), cutting heavily in education, etc.. He was also against students protesting and trying to express themselves in the universities and went on a crusade to clean up CA universities of them (IRI mentality). Steve Jobs was certainly a model Reagan thought as of garbage, if you read Job's life at the university.

But one can say he was much better than the Republicans today. But lets not make him a messenger of god like republicans try to do

As bad as Reagan was (and he was a pretty crappy president, compared to say, FDR, or Eisenhower), he was head and shoulders above these new Republican clowns! In fact, Reagan instituted many regulations, social, health related, tax wise, to the LEFT of Obama! We can of course argue the same thing about Obama. He's been a big disappointment for those hoping for real progressive ideas (single payer health coverage, trying W and company for violating the US and international laws, repealing W's rich-man tax cuts, etc.), but, like Regan, he is also in a whole different plane of existence than these clowns posing as candidates.

Just becasue someone takes the pill everyday does not mean that they have sex everyday. For it to be effective as a contraceptive it needs to be taken everyday (more or less) so that it can modulate the body's hormone production. Even if you are going to have sex once a year you should still take the pill every day. Now, if someone has a medical reason to take they can be celibate ans would still need a pill every day.

So the fact that they spend a certain amount of money per year on the pill does not allow you to make assumptions about the nature of their sex lives. Besides, what if she was married and wanted to have sex everyday? Is that wrong? Is she still a slut?

I give you the benefit of the doubt and simply point out that how often someone has sex is not the issue. Dems want to make it about everything else to deflect attention from the first manifestation of Obamacare in our private lives. Pelosi said they have to pass the bill to know what 's in it.
