FA Cup 2017 - Qtr, Semi and final

Quarter finals are set for Saturday, Sunday and Monday (March 11-13). Two interesting facts (introduced this year) are:

    1. There are no longer any replays at this last-eight stage of the competition, meaning we must have a winner on the night and extra-time and penalties are therefore possible.

    2. Also for the first time, each team can make a fourth substitution in the match if an additional period of 30 minutes is played.

I want to know if the second one (4th sub at extra time) is going to be a new rule at all competitons (WC, CL, Euro etc.) or just FA Cup?

It's actually a very good rule , it would make matches more interesting. I hope it becomes permanent

Spurs won 6-0. So far City, Arsenal and Tottenham in semi finals. 4th semifinalist will be decided tomorrow between Chelsea and Manchester United and the draw will take place right after that game.

Very hard to choose a winner . The only team who has done well against these five is out ( Liverpool ) . Weakest form has Arsenal right now but with Walcott on the pitch ....

WTF! No Ibra, Rooney, Martial or Rashford. All are missing from today's action at Stamford Bridge due to suspension, injury and illness.

either him or Lingard. I guess JM will field a strong defensive team relying on counter attacks and maybe PSO.
