Kerem Demirbay of Hoffenheim, got a call from Turkey yesterday and decided to represent Turkey for WCQ2018 and later on during the day he go another call this time from Germany for confederation cup, he changed his mind and will play for Germany now, lol.

It is funny he wrote this letter few days a go to FIFA to let him play for Turkey, then as soon as he got the call from Germany he changed his mind lol

@Babr this reminds me me of Mesut Ozil. Now I think his mom is German and his dad is Turkish so he had the option to pick. I actually respect the fact that he is not taking the easy way out and picking Die Mannschaft. This is a good tournament and a good warm up to the real deal, which I am looking forward to visiting Russia. Anyways here is a link of the tournament and teams. The eight teams that qualified are
Germany, Russia(hosts)Cameroon, Australia, NZ(LMAO @Oceana nice country to visit but they do not belong),
    Chilie Portugal and Mex. http://www.fifa.com/confederationscup/teams/

Only three day away form the Mini Worldcup ... These are the tournaments Asian teams like Iran who struggling to get top notch friendlies can line up against top teams without any costs

I won't be surprised if Australia embarrass Asia in Conf Cup.

I believe so and I think at the end it will be between Chile and Germany .... I read somewhere this could be the last edition of Confederation Cup. Fifa is weighing up whether to continue any further or not

It's a stupid cup with no value, but I guess FIFA is planning to turn the WC into another stupid useless cup too.
