He buys a whole bunch of old players, and doesn't let the young go and play for TM Omid.
Why is he being like this?

Last year Esteghlal only started playing well once he gave the young ones a chance.
"He can't kick with his left foot, he can't head a ball, he can't tackle, and doesn't score many goals. Apart from that he's alright." Best on Beckham

Khaak to sare Peyrovani, Iran lost 0-2 to Oman and got eliminated.

Probably a good wake up call for Olympics qualifications.

Peyrovani is joke as coach, he isn't even qualified to coach Mahalaat team, let alone Iran's second most important NT(23), BUT the blame can not be only on coach, IFF failed in last 40 somethings years to actually have any plan for their future NT players, i mean this team deserve at least half of attention of senior team, it is your future. U23 failed with much bigger coaches anyway.

They got lucky that this year AFC U-23 is not served for Olympics qualifiers(the next one will count), otherwise it could have been a disaster to not make it from the first qualification round, Iran team was about 2 years younger than some of other countries such as Oman and in this rang of age, 2 years make a difference but the issue was not about the results only, they also failed to play some half decent football, no cohesion, tactics and team strategy, and the most important no plan from upper management to coaching staffs and the rest!
