UAE suffers from having shit players at the back. They have a few very good players upfront though (Mabkhout, Khalil, Abdulrahman brothers and sometimes Matar).

Those were 2 very nice goals.

Japan has two tough matches vs Saudi and Aussie. Aussie will face Thailand in another match, much easier schedule. Saudi will play Japan at home. Japan play Aussie at home and Aussie has the best chance of advancing with Japan as the 2nd team, unless Saudi beat Japan at home!

That was a world class ball reception before the UAE's first goal! Wow!!!

and the second goal was great too. What a shot!

    This is Saudi's 3:rd loss!

UAE first goal remind me of Azmoun goal in Asian Cup against Qatar

    UAE played better without OAR.

perhaps but this time they were warned by fifa and the match was played 2 days
before all the other matches to prevent any hanky panky.

UAE's decades of investments in football is slowly paying off.

First goal reminded me of Azmoun's v. Qatar (this one was better I must confess) and second one reminded of General Karim's long range shots. Eyval UAE for playing fair, I didn't expect that to be honest.

Talking about Bagheri, this goal was one hell of rocket as well(Asian cup 2000 vs Korea in QF)
