yes Philadelphia who drafted Kazemi last year still own his rights, they can call him up anytime they wish. so supposedly the story was that Philadelphia told Kazemi that he will not be getting any playing time so it is better for him to go to another league and play til an opportunity opens up for him. looks like he will have a chance this year to go and play for Philly, if not he will probably try Euro league or Iran league again this year and wait til next season before he gets called by the team.

NBA summer league is in full swing, supposedly Arsalan was at the summer league for few days, tho he did not get any playing time, he flew back to China to play in the FIBA asia cup.
