2000: Khatami was President, Clinton was still President(the good ol' days of surpluses and 2% unemployment), the Majlis was reformist but the "Guardians" rejected bill after bill that would've reformed Iran, and Iran was in a sort of stalemate

2010: Poop is President, but everybody besides hizbollahis knows that vote fraud occurred and a majority of people inside Iran, maybe the first time since the revolution 30 years ago, have turned against the regime although there's nothing they can do about it so far besides demonstrate in large groups whenever there's days of protest for other issues like Palestinians and such. Sepah wanted to gain full power, and wasn't able to do this. there's an internal opposition led by Mousavi and Karroubi, as well as former reformists, with even some conservatives like Rezaei and Ghalibaf now silently against the Poop Coup Crew. Iran is closer and closer to being sanctioned by Europe, maybe even by the United Nations like Iraq was in 1991. The economy's in a mess, and there's confusion about the future.

2020: will it be better, or worse?? I know a lot of people are gonna say it's too far away, but 2000 and the Khatami and Clinton years don't seem that far away now. 10 years can pass pretty quick, and Iran could get a lot worse or perhaps improve. Which will it be?
