48 Iranians held by Syria rebels released

Forty-eight Iranians held hostage by rebel fighters in Syria since August have been freed.
They were released in exchange for 2,130 prisoners held by the Syrian authorities, a Turkish charity said.

The deal for release of 48 pasdars in Syria was brokered by Qatar and Turkey....

There is probably more involved in this deal than just prisoner exchange. Won't be surprised if IRI made other concessions to Turkey and Qatar.

The initial exchange of 48 for arab prisoners are being denied by Syrians. Looks like it is 48 IRI for 4 captured Turkish pilots, which introduces a new ratio ( 1:12) to work with for the fans of racial supremecy.
