ooff..she has such a story. She was living in England with her family since she was 4 and then lost her mother at the age of 11 and her father at the age of 16, both in the family's two and only trips to Iran. Iran being a completely strange country to them, their relatives send her and her 2 brothers back to England where they felt more at home and finally she and her younger brother ended up in Canada with her aunt. Having been an orphan herself, she went to India for voluntary work when she was 20-22. She was taking care of around 500 poor/blind children, raising money for them while not knowing that in that area some Indian mafia made money with these poor kids by using them as beggars. By disrupting mafia business, her life was threatened several times. First they pored poison in her food for which she ended up in the hospital for weeks and once they chased her while driving, trying to push her car down a valley. However she continued to stay with the kids and one day she was out in picnic with the kids and some workers of the orphanage and their own biological kids. In the end when they were gonna head back, one of the workers claimed her/his kid was not around. They searched for the kid and called the police but no luck. Slowly they started to blame her for the loss of the child, saying that the child fell in the river and was drowned and that it was her responsibility. The police, the lawyers and the judge who were themselves bought by the mafia got involved and she was sentenced to death. She tried to ask the English embassy for help. They didn't do jack for her. Her story got into the social media everywhere. Finally she approached the Iranian embassy and they helped her a lot and could finally get her out of the mess. Riding on this story, IR made a good PR for themselves, plus Khamenei gave her a trip of "haj" to Mecca and everything else that goes with a good PR for IR.
Anyways, now she's back and lives in Iran and is a famous face.
