Keep your chin up.
It is a bitter loss, no one likes losing but it's part of the game.
We lost to a better team that looked fitter than us.

With the way they were pressing us deep and running around in the first half I was hoping they will run out of gas in second half but we looked more out of gas.

Now let's see all the haters and sour losers ampty their 8 years of complex.
Thanks...at least one sane person.

We lost to a better team, end of story. For 7 years they were focused and concentrated every damn game and today they lost concentration as they couldn't handle the occasion. The penalty was the biggest joke of a penalty ever as well. But get the fuck over it. Seriously.

My same exact thoughts. Lost because of 1 second of 5 idiots losing concentration running after the ref. And how on earth that's a fucking penalty after the VAR room reviewing it for 5 minutes and then him doing it himself. You know that was fucking sneaky and shady.

Japan wasn't good. We just had a total bad day.
Bad day for acting so unprofessional and running 5 guys after ref, while the game is on.
Bad day for Pouraliganji to make 2 mistakes (2 goals)
Bad day for Ebrahimi to make many mistakes (1 goal)
Bad day for Sardar to miss his striker mate Taremi, and being the easiest target for 4 japanese defenders.
Bad day for failing to cross balls to Sardar, and keep crossing and hope for another result.
Bad day for TM and all of us - It happens. Just very unlucky time to have a bad day like this, where nothing works in a AC semi.
I guess that was it for Quieroz. now back to Looti chakerim nokarim coaches aaaaagain.
jeeeesus....Bad day for Irans football.

If those 5 olaghs hadn't chased after the ref and we hadn't conceded that stupid goal, god knows what would have happened, I get your point.

At the end of the day it wasn't to be.. Maybe in 4 years time with a different manager we might win it.. we got the players to do no doubt about it.

Iran lost because Japan was mentally better. Also not conceding any goal in prior games was not that great after all as the players lost their confidence as soon as they received the first goal even thought there was 30 mins left. It seemed they were not ready for this scenario !
The penalty was not correct at all. The player was on the ground before the ball touches his hand.
