Sorry, the title aborted. The guy is British and 1/2 Iranian, used to train with Chelsea youth, but now switched to T&F, became the faster British junior ever, and took world junior gold medal only after 7 months of training! Wow

A teenager of Moroccan and Iranian descent has become one of the fastest British men of all time just seven months after taking up professional running. College student Adam Gemili smashed the 100 metres World Junior Championships record as he won gold in Barcelona last night after just a few months of serious training. The former Dartford Grammar School pupil was signed up by Chelsea when he was just eight years old and spent seven years with the European Champions

what a great sprinter,definitely it has to do with his half persian,the morocons are good in long distances anyway.
.it is time for him to bein one of those american college with good track and field programm.
the guy needs to work on his start ,the rest is excellent .
it is wonderful he became a good ambassdor of his native country in his adopted country .
