My intention of posting this thread was to see what peers say and see if it's legit... so we have a typical response by Coach Q and a counter by namazi. .. no doubt the site is also sensationalizing this back and forthing now..

Sounds a mix of personal issues mixed with the TM's and Omid's sake. but how does the coach claims " بنده کاراکتر و کفایت او را برای تصدی و رهبری یک تیم ملی جوان و مهیا کردن نسل آتی فوتبال ایران تایید نمی‌کنم " and Namazi has a nice post in the US of A at the national level ? to me sounds like it's just personal taste (or distaste) of the coach preventing Namazi's progress in local scenes.

but sounds like from Namzi's claim that coach is bashing him now but recommended him for zob ahan post (another zobie) few months ago.. (looks Namazi is hurt for pushed away from Omid but OK getting a pass for ZA job) Namazi points out coach Q also blocking Khakpour getting top Omid job.

Coach Q's response

Namazi's counter

thought 'C' may stand for 'character' ...

Seems like Namazi found a better option once again and is ready to jump ship one more time..

Funny thing is that he rightfully complains about not being paid for so many months and yet he wants to come back and work for the same organization which has a long history of being tardy on his salary payment, they are even late on paying the current TM staff once again.

And what's wrong with CQ not wanting to work with certain personalities and characters. After what we all witnessed how TM Omid performed with all the talents at its disposal, why is CQ still blamed for not approving disqualified characters like MayeliKohan and Khakpour? And why is he questioned now for supposedly (based on hearsay, and not a fact) for not wanting to work with someone who already has failed in his book.
Namazi, right or wrong, is simply an opportunistic person when it comes to job and position, loyalty takes a second place for him, and hence I could see why CQ may not want to work with him.

By the way, mage adam ghahtiye? Is not there any other qualified coaches to get hired for TM Omid that some in media and here make such a big deal out of Namazi's claim and add to the noise following Fazeli and Karimi notorious and embarrassing fiascos while TM and its staff need to be concentrated and focused on TM and upcoming WC?
Shame on all those involved, even those innocent ones who get played by the master puppeteers.
Pathetic. Both sides.
Really?! Let us know your side then...
Reading your posts In the last few years you seem to be on the opposite side and that is more pathetic for an Iranian born.

but you're quoting the coach Q to deliver/claim the truth on this.. is the truth only with the coach at the top???? yes CQ can say any and claim any deny any and read any's mind to his advantage.. and I am only insinuating this on personal/professional/ego matters not the track record. Yes by default Iranian character can be flawed in these circles (such characters normally don't get jobs at the US organizations) but I stay neutral strongly judging either side on this. I think it's matter of ego/not getting along among them.

Reminder even Quiroz's own footy federation wasn't too keen on his 'truth' .

And all these claims once again turns to be untrue.... when are we gonna learn to separate hearsay from facts before making claims and building conclusions?

Recall Namazi has claimed he has very accurate information that CQ is blocking his employment by IFF as the head-coach of TM Omid.

CQ Strongly denies his claims and exposes his intentions:

.

Logically this should end the whole discussion about Namazi's place at Omid team right here. I mean IFF has denied Namazi being among its choices, and CQ has denied having a role in it either. What else do you need? Or there are some who still rather follow and believe a hearsay and are not convinced (the same way Karimi kept saying on 90 without giving any further reasoning and argument)?

So what else should happen for the anti-CQ camp to shut up? But it is Iran after all, those wounded parasite would come up with a new ideas or new packages for recycled old tactics and claims to attack CQ and hence TM from a different angle, to lead some power hungry, oghdeyi, opportunistic and misled to bark at the wrong tree again. The idea is to keep at him like a boxing match to weaken he and TM so he can be replaced sooner than later, so these mofos can grab their seats back and have a free ride on what he has build so far.

We have quite a few zob shodegan dar Karimi and a few zob shodegan dar CQ in Iran.
Pathetic. Both sides.
You may consider me zob-shodeh dr CQ or pathetic, but for the record while I support what he has done with TM and for Iranian football in general, admire his work ethics and spirit, discipline and knowledge he has brought into TM and our football vision, ... I have difference of opinion with him in regards with some of his tactics and player selections at times (as a simple fan, not that I am coach or very knowledgeable about the game), and do not like his temper or his attitude at times. But that does not prevent me to support him when TM's fate is in question. I do not let this little minor things gets on my way of seeing what he tries to do with TM and appreciate what he has and will be able to bring to table for TM.

Many may not remember, Ivic is a good case to study. He was the main force and reason behind our good performance at 1998 WC in France. He also had to fight a lot internal obstacles. He even had to take the TM camp away to Sabzevar or somewhere like that not only to use a better field but also to keep TM and himself away from all the side-issues/hashiye and constant undermining happening in the capital and in the media.

I do not know much details neither, I wish someone would share their knowledge and memory about it, because there are valuable lessons to be learned from those attempts and events that took place to undermine and eventually replace him.
Suffices to say that not long before the games started, Jala Talebi was placed as the technical director of the team to oversee the headcoach, Ivic!
Many remember the defeat to Rome by 7 goal was the main reason, however it was just the last excuse to complete their plan to overthrow him. I clearly remember Jalal Talebi, as the technical director of TM while Ivic was still in charge of coaching, had an article written in the papers titled: Ivic thinks he is coaching Afghanistan! (then ruled by Taliban) attacking the seating coach right before the WC games and basically undermining his efforts to better organization of the TM, work on tactics and physical conditioning of the players, etc ...

Jalal Talebi was an opportunist who played the front man in that case, the question is who else benefited from Ivic replacement and who else was behind the whole agenda and effort, controlling the media and having a hand at IFF and sazmane /vezarat varzesh and getting support from dalals and likes. TM definitely did not benefit from that change, on the contrary it suffered from it alot, though some dalal, power and money hungry and oghedeyi and back-warded personalities did benefit.

I see the same thing is happening now, it is no longer just about CQ, it is about TM, its program and future. Why these little things matter so much, whether it is Namazi's interest in TM Omid, or Karimi and others' claim on his salary, or his attitude or this and that? These are no important issues in grand scheme of things - specially at the time TM and its staff have to be focused on its preparations. What is at work is here is to undermine and replace him and get the benefit of what he has done and hence destroying what he has build so far in process not to mention financial benefits that it brings them whether from FIFA money or dalali or holding better positions in TM and our football.

CQ is no king, but Karimi and Namazi are tools being used in an effort that will hurt our TM in short and long term. I hope you see the under current agenda running behind all these accusations, noise and claims.

That's the funny thing.........have you guys noticed all this CQ bashing has reached its maximum level now right before the WC?! Where were these people a year or 2 years ago? Why now?!

It clearly shows there is an agenda behind all this.

The very same thing happened to Branko and his TM right before the WC2006. The only difference is, Branko couldn't handle it. I hope CQ will.

CQ never responded to Namazi's comments. If you go to his official facebook, his official instagram or the IFF website he has no posts related to this.
Varzesh 3 is run by Pejman Rahbar, one of the most khaleh zanak, yellow press journalists out there. I don't trust anything from his site. They've completely fabricated CQ's response.

As someone rightfully said all of a sudden before the WC all these people are coming out. And story after story and TM bashing and CQ bashing. They really need to just shut their mouths and go back to the holes they came from.

I don't even know why CQ bothers with these fuckfaces. Instead of getting into stupid shit with people, I wish he would spend some time on discovering ways for Team Melli to play more attractive football. But then again, he's got a fairly average (below average) squad playing for him and there are no other prospects.

He's doing alright with what he has. None of our players are anything to write home about no matter how much lipstick you put on them.
