As you say, I also like to be all natural. The only supplement I take is vitamin D during winters. and that is because vitamin D is mostly created under your skin when you are exposed to UV light from the sun. and Swedish dark winters can be very bad for your body's vitamin D.

Other than that, eat healthy food and be happy. :)

Dr weil doesn't seei it harmful but mentioned it probably is a non-factor. I am not seeing if it's considered a hormone which I initially thought.

The time I took 100 mg I felt my body at ease; some taking it going to elevation too.

my conclusion now is small dose small period OK but who knows if it brings addiction.

FYI other supplement I have taken in the past is phosphatidyl serine, a pricy memory booster as we all are deficient in O2 in the brain.
