Most likely because he's physically weaker than all his competitors. He's playing for a shit team with a coach who only expects brute-force football. There's no grace or fineness to their game and Jahanbakhsh has shown himself to be utterly useless in 1x1 battles on numerous occasions.

Having said that, I still don't understand why they don't use him more than they do though. Often I see them struggling and not having a clue what to do. Well, bring the guy in for fuck's sake! How bad could he be compared to the nonsense you started with?!!
