Google has covered for a lot of exec's and their sexual relations and abuse and ignoring company policies in regards to dating subordinates within the Co. and NYT report last week publicizing some high profile cases has caused reaction at the company by employees;
It sounds like ppl at the top were banging a lot of other ppl, including Mr Rubin, head of Android which google bought for $50 mil and let go of for $200 mil package and covered his sexual abuse behavior, which came to surface later at his next job, Uber and he was let go as well.
Mr Rubin, a married man's note to a woman from google he was having an affair with;
an August 2015 email Mr. Rubin sent to one woman. “You will be happy being taken care of,” he wrote. “Being owned is kinda like you are my property, and I can loan you to other people.”
Mr. Rubin’s wealth, fueled by Google, has increased by 35 times in less than a decade. According to his ex-wife’s suit, his net worth is now about $350 million, up from $10 million in 2009.
Afterward, Google invested in Playground Global, a venture firm Mr. Rubin started six months after leaving the company. Playground has raised $800 million. He also founded Essential, a maker of Android smartphones.
