In addition to all the indoor league games, VB, BB, handball , futsal ,...
Now they have cancelled football league games in hot spots . Games in Tabriz, Isfahan , sirjan have been postponed. Looks like security forces do not have enough confidence in holding games in these regions.

Soon the cronies will put out their claim that 200+ casualties were result of BBC setting them up for suicide and they were all individuals with mental illness.

Key Han is already preaching execution for the thousands arrested and Raiisi is having fantasies of repeating 67 massacre and genocide of political prisoners.

looks like the internet cut off has really take the steam out of the riots.
it's really amazing that 40 years ago without any of these latest tech
tools iranians were able to bring about a revolution by copying cassette tapes
and nightly fliers.but these days the new generation is so tech dependent that
they are lost and impotent without it.
The whole country is on lock down. Schools are closed in major cities. People can't even use their bank cards. Snap and Tapsi that are Sepah owned just started to operate a few hours ago. If the steam was taken out things would be back to normal. Go update your buy and sell rial thread instead of political analysis.

wrong! the iranian intranet was never down.

that's like a grand local area network without any
connection to the international internet backbone.

all banking apps were operating without any interruptions.
that's why most countries are taking the lead from iran and
developing their own local intranet.it's a security measure.

Yes. Iran is a model that every country in the world are following. Especially in tech.

If there is no connection to outside, how did you manage to figure out all these stuff ?

Also go learn the definition of Intranet first and then babble about it LOL

Playboy is somewhat right. Nothing significant is happening other than people coming to terms with poverty and the iron-fist that rules them.

Internet will be back soon and things will go back to half-normal. Still a long way to go for this nation.
Define Significant. If fighting for your right is not significant, I don't know what it is.

I'm very disappointed with the number of demonstrators in the streets far less than last year, I just hope people wake up asap and pour into the streets.
Fingers crossed.

Discontent is rampant in Iran so certain gatherings, chants and acts of unity are very much expected. Vandalism, theft and crowd anger is also very normal in these circumstances. It doesn't mean anyone is fighting for anything.

Significant is what the regime has done in pulling the plug on the internet, increasing gas prices and shooting people. That's the only significant thing that has happened in Iran lately. The internet issue will soon be over. Gas prices will be reflected in prices and normalize. Dead and injured people will be forgotten before the end of the month.

Never before so many banks were burnt to the ground. In Isfahan alone I heard one out of every 4 banks were burnt

If they were less than last time they couldn't have done so much damage. The number of banks burnt is unreal.
