Week 26

Friday 4/15
Esteghlal vs. Perspolis 17:00 Tehran time

Both team have same number of points and tied for 2 and 3rd place. One point behind Es. Khozetan. I haven't seen a Derby before with this situation for a long time. It will be interesting. I imagine it will be boring as both team don't want to lose but who knows...

Ey Jaaan!!!!!

Good results for Sorkhabi today. A win for either team tomorrow and they most likely will be the champion by end of the season.

Pro League April 14
FT Rah Ahan 1 - 1 Zob Ahan
FT Sepahan 1 - 1 Esteghlal Ahvaz
FT Esteghlal Khuzestan 0 - 0 Naft Tehran
FT Padideh FC 2 - 1 Gostaresh Foolad FC
FT Tractor Sazi Tabriz 1 - 1 Saba Qom
FT Saipa 1 - 1 Siah Jamegan

Regardless of what happens tomorrow I am willing to bet with anyone that Esteghlal Tehran will not win the title. Esteghlal Khuzestan have the easiest remaining games followed by Poo Poo. A tie tomorrow almost guarantees the title for Veisi's team. The team that loses tomorrow will probably end up finishing second or third.

It was probably fastest pace derby i ever saw and i watched pretty much lots of derby. Esteghlal was kind of unlucky, Persepolis had better plan, send the ball behind slow Esteghlal defense.
In Esteghlal defense, they were without Cheshmi and Mohsen Karimi, two of their best players and lost Adil Chihi very early in game, the guy level is much higher than IPL, don't know what he is doing there.

Persepolis relying big time on Ahmadzadeh speed.
