If Myanmar had scored another goal then all 4 team would have been at 4 points and 0 goal difference. in that case Myanmar & North Korea would have finished top of the group as the next tie breaker would have been total goals scored.

No. both Malysia & S.Korea would be on 6 points and the first tie breaker in 2-team case is head to head. Malysia defeated S.Korea so Malysia would be 1st and S.Korea would end up 2nd.
