موج تظاهراتی که دی ماه سال گذشته در سراسر ایران شروع شد، هرگز کاملا خاموش نشده است
Useless.

Strikes only work in countries where the government relies on taxation and economic activity. Not in Iran. These strikes are actually quite useful to the regime as it stands to gain from the slower pace of a highly subsidized economy.

Iranian people can't win no matter what. Every scenario is lose-lose as long as Sepah exists in its current form.

Majority of Iran's budget revenue source is indeed taxes! It is not income tax like people in the western world are used to it.

Every business needs to fill in Ezharnameh with Daraiee.

It has nothing to do with actual 'taxation'. It's basically the government's 'cut' from major business budgets. Sort of like a corp tax that doesn't get fed by actual profits but by the monetary resources(theft) assigned to that corp. All of the money takes root from natural resources being used to subsidize unprofitable businesses. Worker strikes have no effect on it whatsoever.

Oh and the "Ezharnameh" filled by small-cap businesses (where there's a small level of profit) doesn't even cover the government's coffee budget.

That is not accurate. It is true to say virtually all of Iran's foreign currency source comes from following sources
I believe they are in the following order.
  • Crude Oil
  • Gas Condensate Exports
  • Natural Gas exports to neighboring countries
  • LNG exports
  • Pistachio Exports
  • Rug Exports
  • Rocks
  • Electricity Grid exports
As Rouhani had noted previously Iran's 1396 foreign currency revenues were 96 billion

1396 Budget was passed 1,150 Trillion Toomans
https://www.radiofarda.com/a/iran-parliament-approves-next-year-budget-bill/29057508.html
if we calculate that Budget with 4,200 Tooman/USD
The budget comes to 273 billion dollars.
The budget far exceeds iran's foreign currency revenues.

again, I am not arguing pro or against your conclusion. just debating the facts.

Those budget assumptions have not worked for Iran in 40 years, why would they work in this argument?

1150 Trillion Toman / 4200(U$) may indeed give the illusion of a $270 Billion budget, but in reality Iran has less than $100 Billion to work with. That $100 Billion almost entirely comes from selling natural resources. The $100 billion goes through incredible accounting theatrics to get inflated by as much as 400% in ghost-derivatives (E'tebaar) to subsidize the entire country in various fields. That's why there's always a need for printing/issuing more Rial, its devaluation and crazy inflation.

The numbers coming out of Iran are pure jokes. You know that.

US farmers turn to Iran to plug hole in soyabean sales

https://www.ft.com/content/2213d3fc-d89b-11e8-a854-33d6f82e62f8

Akbar Sebghati, secretary of the Iranian Oilseed Extraction Industry Association, said they now cost importers €50 less per tonne than soyabeans from South America, the other main source of world supplies. “We buy our commodity from a cheaper producer, no matter [if] it is US or another country. It has nothing to do to politics,” said Mr Sebghati.

Honestly, no one ever should say a bad word anymore about Iranians voting into power a guy like Ahmadinejad or doing the Revolution in 79. The US elected the biggest clown of mankind as its president, the downfall from this will be bigger than the crap they went through after 8 years of Bush. Akhe masghareye olagh, who are you? House of Lannister? LOL!
