Did you hear Dore Gold, the Israeli ambassador to the US, on CNN? In nearly every other sentence he was mentioning Iran. If asked where is the Israeli-Arab peace talks going, his response would be, Iran is the greatest threat to the US.

IR, in particular Sepah camp, Khamenei are the dream of the Israeli far right. They love them to death.

The two men addressed an Aipac banquet attended by more than half the members of Congress on Monday, each standing in turn at a "roll call" of support for Israel.

Some of the loudest applause at the gathering came in response to calls for military attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities – something Netanyahu has attempted to portray as a more urgent issue than the Palestinian question.

Israel has got the US by the balls. The most eye opening political book I've ever read is the Israel Lobby, where it sketches out the loyalty the neocons and other lobbying groups have for Israel, and the contempt they have for US interests.
