Didn't see a thread open yet so I decided to open one.

To start off on the transfer news:

AZ has almost sold their right winger, Berghuis, to Watford, and Jahanbakhsh is one of the leading candidates to be his replacement. The expectation is that AZ will make a serious bid to buy Jahanbakhsh very soon (or perhaps already has). Would be an excellent step for him, AZ is a good team (finished 3rd last season behind PSV and Ajax) and a great club to develop as a young player.

he should go to PSV to replace Depay, any where else is useless in Holand. Or move to another league like La Liga or Italy...

Actually for young players I think Holland is one of the best places. Even teams other than PSV and Ajax are a good Sakkooyeh Partaab for young players.

PSV is too big a step for Jahanbakhsh, he's miles behind Depay and will be a bench player there, at least for the time being. AZ is aleady a big step from NEC, but just right for Jahanbakhsh. Good club who's delivered plenty of players to bigger clubs in recent years. Far from useless for someone like JB.

Azmoun played 10 min and they won 2-1. The guy is another waste. He lack fitness and here is reason why he play 10 minutes in crappy russian team, he is not a 90min player even with TM, after min 60 he had hard time to keep it up.
Is really sad because he is probably still our best striker and is really talented, way to go from arsenal BS to playing 10 minutes in crappy russian team.

^^the problem with him IMO is that he does not have a good "agent". he spends most of his time on instagram and social media on a childish back and forth with his previous coach and team Rubin. If he puts his mind and heart into it with a better agent he can become a better player. He is still young and immature IMO.

He is another bache-naneh who doesn't like to be out of his comfort zone, simple of this! In past we had this issue with Azizi, at least it was only one, now is a common disease among most of young generation players!

seems AZ will not be making a bid for Jahanbakhsh or another right winger yet, as they think they have enough alternatives to replace Berghuis. Jahanbakhsh himself wants to stay in Holland, which is a smart choice.

Jahanbakhsh to AZ

Jahanbakhsh will be undergoing a medical tomorrow to finalize his transfer to AZ. AZ already has an agreement with both NEC and Jahanbakhsh so if the medical goes well JB will be making the step to AZ this season. Excellent move, he'll be competing with Hupperts and dos Santos for the RW position. Decent players but not great, JB definitely has the opportunity to have playing time at a much higher level. Great for his development as a player.

Sardar scored his 3rd goal of season for Rostov, he came in from 55 minutes, his team was man down, he scored equalizer in 90 minutes, unfortunately they lost the game as other team scored winner at dying minutes.

* 4th goal of the season, he also scored 1 in the cup for Rostov.

Needless to say, this kids aerial abilities are fantastic.

I mean in league of course, his aerial abilities is very good as you said, i kind of expected much more from him to be honest knowing his potential, at least becoming starer..

His problem has always been his fitness not his quality on the pitch because he is better then the other Rostov strikers, and his coach is well aware of this. Azmoun normally runs out of gas as early as the 60th minute sometimes which is a problem that he urgently needs to fix.

Iran forward issue is kind of solved with like Azmoun, Karim and Taremi, add to that Reza Gucci(who is getting old but still can help) and like Kaveh Rezaei, etc. In midfielder we are doing ok( prefer to have a great CAM but well still is not bad), our main issue remain left back and goalie!

All of the above attacking options are almost identical in style. We need another player that is fast, stocky, and with great skills on the ball.
Goalie will always remain a problem for us. The issue is not lack of talent as it is lack of stability. Iranian goalies don't compete and progress, they shine and overshadow the others, they make you all excited that we finally have an answer in the goal, and then they choke!
Left defender, we never had an option. The best one after revolution was Moharrami who was not able to cross the ball with the left foot! We just don't produce many left-foot talents.
