12 games into the season, still too early but Pens seems to be again the contender, you can add LAK, TBL, Preds and Chicago to this list also. Leafs are looking good too, but they are not yet there and my Habs struggling big time, The management is a big mess. Giving any goalie more than 5-6 millions is a suicide in new NHL. Well Price new contract will just start to run from the next season, 11 millions for the next 8 years, and what he has won after being 11 years in the league: 3 Rounds of Playoff! 3!!!!

Our goalie and D situation is worrying, but the season is still very young.

If Toronto keeps this management team, they will be one of the best teams (if not the best) in the next 2-3 years.
Leafs are in good hands. But winning the lottery and drafting Matthews changed everything. Lucky organisation lol

Duchene finally being traded to Sens in three ways trade. The Aves are the true winner of the trade. And Ottawa gave up too much, Duchene is probably slightly better than Turris.

And Preds in space of 2-3 years now have one of the best top 3C of the league with Johansen, Turris, and Bonino, all three acquired through trades. This is for freaking GMs, including us who think it is hard, almost impossible to make trades for quality C!!
