Good luck to whoever gets it. Whoever it is, he'll have to have rhino-thick skin. I'm pretty sure Daei won't get the job. He said he wouldn't take it a few days ago, even if asked.

One thing that I think was missing from the article and the debate around TM coaches is that we should bring a technical director rather than a coach.

Someone who can oversee all youth teams, creating a common style, tactic and approach in all our national teams. Someone who, hoepefully leaves behind a blueprint to follow. I am not crazy about Troussier but he did that in Ivory Coast and Japan.......
