Iran unveils its strongest domestic supercomputer

Tehran, Iran – Iran has unveiled a supercomputer – its strongest till date – developed domestically by Tehran’s Amirkabir University of Technology (AUT), according to the state-run news website IRNA.

The supercomputer – named Simorgh after a mythical Persian bird – has a performance capacity of 0.56 petaflops at the moment and will reach one petaflops in two months.

The supercomputer is said to be wholly designed and built by a team of Iranian engineers, who developed the country’s first supercomputer a decade ago, but some of its hardware has been imported.

The supercomputer will offer large-scale data analysis services for a variety of state-run and private scientific research, according to its developers. Among other things, it will be used in analysing artificial intelligence, crunching traffic and weather data, and image processing.

every other new windows version has traditionally been a flop.

xp good vista bad 7 good 8 bad 10 good!

so i guess 11 is just a debug version being released so
they get all the bugs out for windows 12!

but software makers thank them because with every release
they break something in their codes and force customers who
upgrade to pay for a new version of their software that fixes
what microsoft broke :ROFLMAO:

Ok @Iran-Esteghlal-Inter It is not a laptop it is a computer it is a tower HP Elite desk I can take some pictures of it if you want and DM you but
1- it has on the front 4 USB ports on the back it has 4 USB in the front and 4 ports in the back, and two trapezoid looking things, that you can screw it in.
So I want to keep the monitor at about under $400. Now I found a very nice MSI that is actually curved and it has=165HZ REFRESH RATE + 1MS RESPONSE TIME 200 times per second Optix monitors are equipped with a 165Hz refresh rate and Anti Flicker technology. A little more than what I wanted to spend it will cost more than the computer but it is choice. I DIG the curve gives it some class says curve rate is 1500 R, whatever that means

MSI Optix G27C5 27" Full HD LED Curve Gaming LCD Monitor - Walmart.com - Walmart.com
Only 2 left

Then for graphics card
That will be a little bit more but I found this one normally $1000 for $436
Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Graphic Card, 4 GB GDDR6 - Walmart.com - Walmart.com
The specs whatever this means
eatures
Powered by GeForce GTX 1650
NVIDIA Turing architecture and GeForce Experience
Integrated with 4GB GDDR6 128-bit memory interface
WINDFORCE 2X Cooling System with alternate spinning fans
80 mm unique blade fans
Core Clock
1650 MHz (Reference Card: 1590 MHz)

So then I suppose this should be like something equivilient to what a pS 5? So it will take SOME TIME for me to save to get both but it will be worth it and a am working. My goal is to keep it at arround $1000.
I will give you the specs of the elite desk when i hook it up but I believe they said it was 6 core and stock 16 GB of ram and 512 SSD drive.
I think the monitor is fine.
The video card is okay too but this is by all mean not a top of the line video card but you should be able to game most game in HD at mid to high (not extreme) resolution. I would say spend on a good graphic card and keep it for few years if you want to game. Something like GTX 3060 or 3070. If you want to pay around 400 bucks, at least get a GTX 1060 with 6GB of RAM. Also Craigslist is a great place to get older video cards (like GTX 1060, 1070, 1080, 2060, 2070 or 2080).

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Refurbis...t-PXOC-Graphics-Card-06G-P4-6267-KR/678786771
You should be able to find it in Craigslist/Ebay around 300 bucks

Looks like for speakers $400-900 is the going rate for good ones.
My friend recommend M Studios but those are $400 for the high end but comparable to that are
] $369 per speaker caveat
This guy seems to know what he is talking about The NS10s were the original model of these and more used for home. The HS8 is a night and day improvement, designed as a high quality studio monitor. I believe if it has bluetooth capablility, one could use the speakers for
1- the laptop
2- the piano
3-my phone.
Caveat, You can mix without a sub woofer. If you want but this is the great debate. more bass, you need larger woofers, as you go up in woofer size, you lose clarity in midrange-
They are in the mid range segment because they have some higher end ones but we won't discuss those because they are over $1000 each. For you euro based lads 10.2 KG solid 120 Wat.
