No it is not offensive at all. He is making fun of the right-wing christians. Check out some of his other work on the same page. He is actually a pretty knowledgable guy and at times writes political review articles.

yeah, he is indeed, i always wait eagerly for his cartoons every week since a year ago. im a fan he always makes fun of right wing, but i wasnt sure what to make of his latest work.
he just seems too angry sometimes. but its funny
