these are actually football related:

Drogba was in Munich to enjoy the 178th edition of the German festival where visitors drink local beer and gorge on a variety of traditional food over 17 days.

The player was joined by Wigan Athletic footballer , Steve Gohouri - who also joined in on the lederhosen fun - and football agent, Rui Alves, who opted for a blue and white gingham shirt minus the decorative braces.
The men had their choice of attractive women at the festival as they sipped on glass tankards full of local beer.

Bayern Munich vs Manchester City
Tuesday 27 September 2011
Allianz Arena
Kick Off : 19:45 BST

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/14982446.stm

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini must decide whether to draft in Carlos Tevez for his team's Champions League encounter with Bayern Munich.

After drawing with Napoli, City will be without the suspended Mario Balotelli so Mancini has to choose from Tevez, Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero in attack.

Owen Hargreaves has not been registered for Europe, so will not face his former club, who are unbeaten in nine games.

City winger Adam Johnson is out with an ankle injury.

Bayern defender Holger Badstuber is struggling with flu, and Arjen Robben may not be ready to start after playing his first 10 minutes in more than a month in the 3-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend.

City will travel to Germany buoyed by breaking down a resolute Everton team on Saturday but they will come up against a Bayern side which is top of the Bundesliga and has not conceded a goal in nine games.

However, David Silva insists City can claim an away win by maintaining their attacking instincts, which have seen them score 22 goals in eight games.

"I think we can attack them like we do at home," said the Spanish playmaker. "We can stick to our footballing principles. We don't have to change our style against other teams home or away.

"We believe in what we are doing and have confidence in each other so we will keep doing the same things.

"The truth is Napoli played very well against us. They are a strong team.

"But against Bayern we will try the same things - to keep the ball, play with the same style and get a positive result."

Despite their strong start Bayern coach Jupp Heynckes insists that facing City will be his team's toughest test so far this season.

"It is going to be a real challenge for us," he admitted. "Manchester City are currently on a par with Manchester United, and that says enough really.

"They are a top European team. I am very impressed by them."

Meanwhile, a delegation of Manchester City officials, led by long-serving secretary Bernard Halford, will lay a wreath at the memorial to the Munich air crash on Tuesday.

City are keen to pay their respects to the 23 people who died after the plane crashed at the Munich-Reim airport in 1958 while carrying the Manchester United team, club officials and journalists back from a European Cup tie against Red Star Belgrade.

Legendary City keeper Frank Swift, who became a journalist at the end of his playing career, was among those killed.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson welcomed the gesture. He said: "I think it's refreshing. We appreciate that from Manchester City."

Manchester City (from): Hart, Pantilimon, Richards, Onuoha, Kompany, K Toure, Savic, Lescott, Clichy, Kolarov, Bridge, Barry, Milner, Y Toure, Nasri, Aguero, Tevez, Silva, Zabaleta, Dzeko.

Yeah.it's quite refreshing , but it hardly makes up for the behavior of a good number of Man City fans who do their disgusting airplane gesture routine at Man United games year after year.fuckwits don't even respect their own legend who perished in that air disaster.
