Iran lost first game 1-3 to Argentina, won second game 3-1 vs Tunesia and 3rd game 3-0 vs Venezuela, Iran got better game by game, now leading 2-0 vs Poland so far.

Iran lost 3-0 to Russia, this team lack fitness, start the game very good often and are out of gas after two sets.i kind of feel the end of Kovac!

Those wins by Iran few months back in World League were good, however Russia has one of the best volleyball teams in the world... In those games, most of best Russian players were missing due to injury. In this tournament, it looks that most (or all) of them are there!

Yup! Something definitely is wrong with this team, although if you look at the score (each game), you note how close the games have been against both teams. Looks like our sport in general has fallen ill this year...
