no direct translation with exact meaning:

here's a dictionary's attempt. Use with caution.

knot,node;lump(in one's throat); ganglion; problem; difficulty impediment;obligation;pressure

Farsi is a much richer language with massive generalization-power. There's many words like OGHDEH that can't be translated to English.

Hey man,

A translation for "oghde" it is not jealous, or being full of yourself
jelous means hasood and being full of yourself is "maghroor"

oghde yani yeh chizi ke adam khodesh nadashte va hamishe mikhasteh, va vaseh hamin ehsaas zaf mikoneh dar barash ...

Ina bachegi pool nadashtan, hala pool oghdeh shodeh vasashoon,

the closest thing that I can think of is having "insecurities",

They've never had money growing up, so now they're insecure about money

so Oghdae yani insecure ...

I'm just bored waiting for the Korea game lol sorry about the long explanation

as others have hinted, the best translation for oghdei is:

"affected by a complex" or "full of complexes"

i.e. someone who has a chip/chips on their shoulder.

I wanted to agree with "full of complexes". But actually, the translation is "knot or obsessive-obsession". You can check this site for translations in farsi-english (they even have a farsi keyboard):
http://www.ariadic.com

But I guess we can't really find a word for it in English. As Bache Tehroon said, Farsi is a rich and complex language...

There is no exact word for oghdeh, but "bitter" is really the closest one in terms of meaning in everyday language.
