THey seem to give the choice of stacking a thin crust pie. Concept is like 800 degrees I have run into in Los Angeles (proprietor is an Iranian Jew, believe its Nazarian) as you pick and choose topping. Found 800 degrees not very gourmet though very popular.
Anyone tried this one? MOD ?? they even have a Caspian choice.
MOst pizza places are disappointing as they go for very nutritionally cheap white flour dough.
