i believe GLWIZ will stream the low quality for free, also apparently FIFA.com is streaming it free (i read it on a blog)

also i think ISP admins should update the front page and forum if they are not streaming anymore to minimize the confusion.

thanks for the quick answers guys. GLWIZ quality doesn't do it for me, and I checked fifa.com and found no trace of any sort of live-streaming section (I read the same blog post as you Pooya). I know betting sites like bet365 show them too, but they usually require you to sing up with a credit card [and I guess deposit some betting money too].

Anyway, hopefully someone will stream it on ustream or something.
