No dear! This is not the shrine of Bahá’u’lláh, rather that of His Herald and Forerunner, the Báb. Regardless, it does not belong in your list for the following reasons:
1. The Báb is known by millions to have been a Messenger of God, whether or not you accept. No one else on that list has made such a claim.
2. Shrines for prophets and holy figures have always been built to commemorate their contributions to human evolution and civilization.
3. The Báb renounced comfort and respite during His short earthly life and endured great sufferings, so that humanity may be freed from bondage of dogma and superstition.
4. Muslims have little to say with multitudes of shrines erected for their Imams and Imamzadeh often using public money from taxes including of the non-believers and jazieh.
5. In contrast, The Báb's shrine and other Baha'i holy places are built by contributions of believers as Baha'is do not accept donations from non-believers.
However, this is interesting since July 09th is the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Báb. On such a day in 1850, the young prophet of Shiraz was executed in the city of Tabriz by the order of Amir Kabir and the grand clerics of the time.
