Ali Abadi butchers the English language!

BT jan maybe it is not English and it is a new language, bikhodi Irad Mighri. Having said that it is a bit sound like Javat Khiabani when he reports, either way I can not understand anything. I think Behrooz figured it out the best. ;-)

I have no problem with accents and I don't mind someone not being able to speak English properly, but for an oil minister who supposedly has many years of post-secondary education, this is just plain embarrassing.
