Insider : on the Independent Truth finding report

Interim report of Majlis Independent Truth finding committee (Larijani’s committee, not the National Security Coucil’s) is devastating for Coup. Shocking revelations. Ali Larijani is being briefed on it today.I assume that the most horrifying parts will be classified & only reported to Majlis, leadership committee, Government Officials as well as Expediency & Experts.

  • The number of dead/abducted is estimated around 400 & rising.
  • Arab mercenaries role proven.
  • Systematic rapes proven.
  • Radan personally involved. (see below)
  • Taeb personally involved. (see below)
  • Ahmadinejad personally involved.
  • Yazdi personally involved.
  • Janati personally involved. Covering up.
  • Fadayi personally involved. he was in charge of Kahrizak and an interrogator (testimonies of victims). He reported directly to Ahmadinejad.
  • Mojtaba’s role is very much visible in findings. All roads end at Leader’s Camp at desk of Mojtaba & Vahid.

An Article 90 Commission needs to be activated to indict & investigate Government members, and remove their diplomatic immunity for Judiciary to prosecute. It may also be dealt with as treason, which would be prosecuted by a Military Tribunal.

Many victims & police officers have made affidavits indicating Taeb & Mortazavi have raped & tortured prisoners. Same goes for Fadayi and Radan. The committee has hundreds of interviews with victims that independently confirm the same events took place all over Iran. Medical examinations leave no doubt about rape & torture. Numerous medical reports and Doctors’ affidavits are in file. More than 50 witnesses.
One affidavit reads: “Then Sardar Radan came in & said go get these these boys pregnant, so they know what we do with revolutionaries.”
Taeb is only know to have raped Taraneh Mousavi. (Policemen testified) Taeb’s brother in law is related to a Taraneh Mousavi who lives in Canada. When Taeb was screening the list of detainees, he saw her name and immediately ordered her delivery. Then he realized that the girl was not his relative. Guards say that they had to leave the room, and heard her screaming and asking for help while Taeb yelled and beat her. After 30 minutes or so, Taeb had her removed from his room and told guards to send her to “Special Treatment Room”. Guards realized that she was beaten and raped, her clothes torn. The Special Room is where they have their specialists rape people. Taeb also issued her Death fatwa, ordering special team to kill her when they’re done.
What has happened is just unbelievable. It is a lot worse than rumors so far. Rumor is one thing, but official investigation with proof is another.

FYI, Article 90 of IRI constitution
Whoever has a complaint concerning the work of the Assembly or the executive power or the judicial power can forward his complaint in writing to the Assembly. The Assembly must investigate his complaint and give a satisfactory reply. In cases where the complaint relates to the executive or the judiciary, the Assembly must demand proper investigation in the matter and an adequate explanation from them, and announce the results within a reasonable time. In cases where the subject of the complaint is of public interest, the reply must be made
public.

I would be. This means they will have to arrest and trial AN, Janati,Taebi,..
Like I said I expected Raf & Khamenei to join each other against AN.
Still I didn't imagine there would be so much change.

Dire, they are like a pack of wolfs at the moment scrambling to save their own arses. If that means sh*tiing on their closest...so be it.

Give them enough rope and they will hang themselves.

It won't be long in my humble opinion that a statement of some sort comes out saying AN is no longer President, and that my friend will be one down

After the initial order of Vali Vaghih to beat, to arrest, to rape, to sodomise, to torture, and to murder people by IRGC and its subsidaries in order to openly terrorize a nation into silence, (the IRGC murdered more than the black Friday, 17 Sharivar of Shah and tortured and raped hundreds something Shah never did during the 1357 revolution.
Now, not only the entire population of Iran but the entire world learned about the extent of barbarism and savagery of Velyat Vaghih+IRGC rape, about the rape and sodomy, about the torture and murder, Vali Vaghih was forced to come out and in a retreat accepts the inhumane crimes carried out what is considered as war criminal activities.
It wont be long that once more Vali Vaghih in another forced defeat will have to announce the massive cheating, the Coup D'etat and sacrifise their idiot, AN in a hope to survive but that will put the last nail in coffin of a regim on its way out.

The redemption for a wolf is death.

The victory of people is near, the days of militarist religous fascit plunders are numbered. A confused terrfied regim weapon of rape, torture, and murder failed to stabalise the coup government.

rape, torture, basiji deegar asar nadArad.

Iranian protesters 'not agents'

The ayatollah said Iran's enemies had been 'given a slap in the face'

Iran's supreme leader says he has seen no proof that opposition leaders blamed for the post-election unrest were agents of foreign powers. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's comments contradict accusations which have frequently been made by hardliners.
A number of senior opposition figures are currently on trial in Tehran accused of conspiring with foreign powers to organise unrest.
But the ayatollah appears to be trying to reduce tensions, say correspondents.
"I do not accuse the leaders of the recent incidents to be subordinate to the foreigners, like the United States and Britain, since this issue has not been proven for me," said Ayatollah Khamenei, in a statement read out on Iranian television.
But he said there was "no doubt" the mass demonstrations, in which at least 30 people died, had been planned in advance, "whether its leaders know or not".
"This plot was defeated, since fortunately our enemies still do not understand the issue in Iran," he said.
"Our enemies were given a slap in the face by the Iranian nation, but they are still hopeful and they are pursuing the issue."
'Suspicions and rumours'
Opposition leaders say dozens of people were killed and hundreds arrested during the protests after Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was declared the winner of the presidential election.

Trials are taking place of some of those allegedly involved in the unrest, but they have been dismissed by critics as show trials.
Hardliners are calling for the arrest of the two leading opposition candidates in the election - Mir Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi - as well as former President Akbar Rafsanjani.
They accuse Mr Rafsanjani of being part of a plan by the US and Britain to destabilise Iran.
But Ayatollah Khamenei said: "One cannot move based on suspicions and rumours in issues with such high importance.
"Everyone can be sure that crimes will not be tolerated, but in such important issues the judiciary should judge based on strong reasons and evidence."
A senior cleric, Grand Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, has attacked the actions of Iran's ruling elite.
"The biggest oppression ... is despotic treatment of the people in the name of Islam," said Ayatollah Montazeri in a statement posted on his website.
"I hope the responsible authorities give up the deviant path they are pursuing and restore the trampled rights of the people."
The BBC's Kasra Naji says Ayatollah Khamenei appears to be seeking to restrain his followers.
There are indications that the trials - in which some of the accused have allegedly confessed to being part of a foreign-instigated plot - are pushing Iran into more uncertainty, our correspondent adds.

Merkel warns Iran on sanctions

Mrs Merkel called on Israel to freeze its settlement construction

Iran could face new sanctions if it does not show a willingness to negotiate on its nuclear programme, the German chancellor has said. Angela Merkel was speaking after talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Berlin.
She also called on Israel to freeze its settlement construction for the sake of progress in peace talks.
In London on Wednesday, Mr Netanyahu suggested Israel was close to an agreement on settlements.
During his visit to Germany, the Israeli prime minister has also been given original blueprints of the Nazi death camp at Auschwitz.
The plans, which date from 1941-2, were found in a Berlin flat last year and include technical drawings for a gas chamber and crematorium - a symbol of the difficult history which connects Germany with the Jewish state created after the Nazi Holocaust.
US President Barack Obama has warned that harsher penalties could be imposed on Iran if it does not take up an offer of talks on trade benefits in exchange for shelving its nuclear programme.
"If there is no positive answer by September we will have to consider further measures," said Mrs Merkel.
Speaking at a press conference after their talks, Mr Netanyahu called for "crippling sanctions" against Iran to stop its disputed nuclear programme.
"It is possible to put real pressure, real economic pressure, on this regime if the major powers of the world unite," he said.
'Getting closer'
On the settlement issue, Mrs Merkel said a freeze in construction would push forward the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.
"Progress on the issue of settlements - a freeze on settlements - is an important building block and a prerequisite for a restart of the Middle East peace process," said Mrs Merkel.

After Wednesday's talks in London, the Israeli prime minister said the US and Israel were "getting closer" to a "bridging formula" on the settlement issue, according to his spokesman.
The US wants Israel to comply with Palestinian demands that it halt all building before peace talks can start.
The Palestinians have refused to resume peace negotiations unless Israel stops all settlement building.
Chancellor Merkel has shown herself a staunch supporter of Israel and received a standing ovation in parliament last year when she pledged that her country would stand by Israel's side against any threat.
But, says the BBC's Steve Rosenberg in Berlin, she is ready to criticise when she sees fit.
Tensions
During his visit to Germany, Mr Netanyahu was also due to visit a villa from where senior Nazis planned the extermination of the Jews.
He is the first Israeli prime minister to visit since the site, on Lake Wannsee on the outskirts of the capital, was opened.
The meeting comes a week after Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said Germany was involved in efforts to secure the release of the captured Israeli soldier Gilat Shalit.
Sgt Shalit is due to mark his 23rd birthday - his fourth in captivity - on Friday, amid a wave of fresh speculation in the regional media about progress towards a deal.
Hamas wants several hundred Palestinan prisoners, including the popular and potentially unifying leader Marwan Barghouti, to be released by Israel in exchange for Sgt Shalit's freedom.
Germany has helped to negotiate Israeli-Lebanese prisoner swaps in the past.

Iran 'show trials' make sorry spectacle

On trial in Tehran are not just 100 individuals, but the reform movement itself

By Roger Hardy
BBC Middle East analyst

It was, as it was surely intended to be, a grim spectacle.
Iranian state television showed the defendants - sitting in rows in a courtroom in Tehran, dressed in pyjama-like prison uniforms - as they confessed to taking part in a plot to undermine the Islamic Republic.
They included some of the country's most prominent reformist intellectuals. Many looked tired and nervous in front of the cameras.
It was the latest of Iran's mass trials. In all, more than 100 people stand accused of provoking unrest after the disputed presidential elections in June.
'Maximum punishment'
One of the best known of those in the dock, Saeed Hajjarian, is so severely disabled his "confession" had to be read by another defendant.

Hajjarian is too severely disabled to be able to read his own confession

"I committed big errors through my inaccurate analyses of the recent elections," the statement read, "and I apologise to the Iranian nation."
A former intelligence official, Mr Hajjarian survived an assassination attempt in 2000, when a gunman shot him in the head at point-blank range.
Since then, he has become an outspoken critic of the regime and one of the main ideologues of the reform movement.
According to the official Iranian news agency, he is charged with "acting against national security… spreading suspicion of vote-rigging… and provoking illegal protests".
One of the prosecutors has demanded that he receive the maximum punishment, which in such cases could mean a death sentence.
The former Iranian President Mohammed Khatami - himself a leading figure within the reform movement - has condemned the confessions heard in court as invalid.
He is far from alone in his reaction.
Many Iranians - as well as lawyers and human-rights activists abroad - believe these are Soviet-style show trials.
Crushing the reformists
The regime is sending a clear message.
On trial are not merely prominent individuals but the reform movement itself.

Arresting and trying Mr Khatami and Mr Mousavi would be a risky strategy

Prosecutors have called for two of the main reformist parties - the Islamic Iran Participation Front and the Islamic Revolution Mujahidin Organisation - to be outlawed.
Both flourished during the Khatami presidency (1997-2005) when, for a while, it seemed the reformist trend was unstoppable.
If these two parties are shut down, that will send an unmistakable message to the newest incarnation of reform in Iran - the Green movement that emerged to protest at the 12 June elections.
The movement, which has former President Khatami's support, is led by Mir Hossein Mousavi, the main opposition candidate in the elections.
Arresting and putting on trial Mr Khatami and Mr Mousavi - as some hard-liners are demanding - would be a far riskier strategy than anything the regime has done so far.
But it is signalling that if the Green movement persists with its protests, it too will be crushed.

Raping of prisoners has been confirmed by the Parliament's investigation body.

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Some Iranian reformers jailed after the disputed presidential election were raped in prison, a member of a parliamentary investigation said on Thursday.

"Raping of some detainees with a baton and soda bottle has been proven to us," the Parlemannews website quoted the unidentified lawmaker from the investigative committee as saying.

Iran's defeated presidential candidate, Mehdi Karoubi, had said some imprisoned protesters were raped and abused in jail, a charge government officials rejected as "baseless."
