Yes, bravo :rolleyes: for finally giving in to people's demand. The late Shah (God rest his soul) had done this 40 years ago. A passenger plane full with people was immediately turned back from Abadan airport because it had its embarkation port as Kuwait, A*****n Gulf. All ships and planes originationg from the Gulf countries had to have Persian Gulf as their port of origin. Also remember the ShattulArab incident with Iraq, where a full floatilla of Iranian ships sailed down flying Iranian colours as opposed to Iraqi standards as demanded by Saddam. What have the k**n nashoor akhoonds done instead? They went to war that affected the lives of millions of Iranians. Saddam dared not breath unless Iran gave it permission and under the GREAT IRI they attacked and destroyed beautiful parts of our homeland.

Come on guys.. One problem with us (iranian) we are very narrow minded.. Lets be supportive and offer encourageants when something positive is done by anyone, even if it is IR.

I AM NO FAN OF ISLAMIC REPUBLIC , BUT GIVE THEM CREDIT WHEN THEY DO SOMETHING POSITIVE.THE ANTI-US CHANTS OF IR IS SLOWLY CHANGING TO ANTI-ARAB CALLS.EVEN AHAMD JAANTI(LANATI) HAS CALLED FOR IRANAIN CO'S TO STOP OR EVEN SLOW THEIR TRADING WITH DUBAI.THIS IS UNPRECEDENTED AND SHOULD BE WELCOMED.

look smartass you need to either go suck off your american and british lovers like your beloved shah did or take a step back and look at the positives and negatives of every sitaution. yea maybe shah did what you said but you know what iri just did it again so why dont you pull that stick tahts stucke somewhere it should not be and chill

Ok . Is a move that any semi decent government should make.
But the question is , if the rule was in place during shah and was re-enacted again recently, Who and why let it slip by in between?

Same question about IRI owned arabic language TV al-alam. recently there was a memo issued to them by seda va sima prohibiting them ferom the use of "arabic gulf". Al alam has been using this term for last three years. Why three years to discover this?
Credit is not to IRI as they could care less. Is fact that the level concious and sensetivity of iranians about this issue has gone up and it is in IRI's advantage to ride nationalist ride for awhile.
