@Pooya broke it down for me and so did the moderators. Now personally, I liked Chinaski and thought he brought value to this forum because he thought differently than most. The problem is Chinaski was his own worst enemy. His reaction to people was all wrong, he would come at people incorrect. The few people who would gang up on him, knew this. They would bait and goat him into reacting. Unfortunately, in Chinaski's case, he has so many infractions that even the slightest infraction, will result in a long-term ban.
