Spurs are not gonna make the top 4 this season. No new signing, bunch of expected departures of some key players in January transfer market, probably no Son for the next many years due to military services and big question if Eriksen and Vert are going to sign new contracts with the club.

I think one big factor is how deep they will be involved Champions League. congested fixtures can cause prioritization and other sorts of complications such as injuries , fatigue , etc. if both Liverpool & Man City go deep into Champions League then there is a chance for the likes of Chelsea , Man United and to a lesser degree Spurs to beat them to the title.
