boring? everybody here was praising Morocco like they are world champions. They had nothing to show beside the first 20 minutes. we had the clear chances.

CQ did it again. With some luck but we deserved it. I knew we would see a physical game but the quality of both teams were low.

Morocco had no more chances than Iran, but Iran like their usual are very focused in defense and set pieces
Morocco are strong but physically average and mentally arrogant, definitely not as cohesive as they are supposed to be, that and some fortune for Iran were what got them

everything is going according to the plan for carlos and his team.
portugal will beat spain today and iran will put them out of their misery
with another 1-0 win in their next game.

I tried to stay away from football but my son said Iran is in WC, so I went and got a rabbit-ear antenna lol and cranked up the old TV
I guess a win is a win but I didn't like our coach the last time and I don't like his being too dang Conservative this time.
I watched that old tape over and over and I believe we could have beaten Argentina 2-1 or 3-1
This is going to get us in trouble... All the pulling back!
I also THINK Our GOAL KEEPER Is the Man of the Match!
With little experience and confidence he'll be another Abedzadeh or even better!
(I also like Mehdi) it's just that I am partial ;-)
