We were invited for helping in ISOICO (the shipyard) projects.

Funny when we were there we saw korean and german experts working on
simple container vessels, therefore declined any co-operation with them for
the Iranian ports and shipping organization projects.

The only thing Iranian there is the Crane which is even a joint venture project for "Mangan" with "Fantuzzi", lol.

Peace

Didn't we make ships 2500 years ago?
Yes according to history we used to make great ships, we were very much independent and we were boss of our own, well in fact we were boss for others too :D then somehow we lost the ship making abilities and started importing them ! people got upset and got rid of the lazy rulers. And now we are back on the track again thanks to the REVOLUTION :music:

B.S, this ships are built by Germany under a very expensive contract (owned by Sepah). Form 20-25, they built 5 in Germnay and the rest in Iranian shipyrad. That is all German design, German Engineering, and some Iranian welding.
For a country infested with poverty, poverty, and social ills spending billions of dollars to say we build a midget submarine or ship without any infrastructure but foreign supervision and equipment is not something to underime 28 years of destructive policies.
What is of important is not a Shihab missile, or ship, or a disel midget submarine but a F&^ked up economic infrastructure where 65%+ are living below poverty line, 6 millions are taking refuge in drugs to scape the wrath of IRI, 700,000-1,000,000 women and very young girls are making a living by prostitution inside and outside the country in Dubai, hundreds of thousands of children are homeless on the streets, 150,000-200,000 of best educated brains are leaving the country in a rush.
In one word last 28 years have been pure hell from every aspect of political, social, and economical point of view that has brought the country to her knees and destruction, and AN's 8 months coup regim has even by far topped the previous destructive years by a few folds.
So, a picture of avery expensive German designed, engineered, and supervised is not something Iranian are proud of.
Be a patriat not a jinguist of militarist religious fascists.
True prosperity and progress of Iran comes only with elimination of oppressive regim of "Velayat Vaghih".

And let me add experience of Russia too, a country that its technological advances encompassed from deep sea to vastness of air and space, to most advanced arms but collapsed like a house of cards without even like militarist religious fascists challenge the world with nothing to back up but idiotic words.

Mowj Jaan - I am no expert
but just by the looks - this is a ship which was built over 30 years ago - with a fresh PAINT JOB !!

As you may know - IRI officials constantly travel to Russia and other eastern euro countries to pick junks they do not need, as a payoff for long due oil debts.
