What a amazing physical shapes were Iranians in...Simple stuff, running the ball, creating triangles, full press when they were losing the ball!!!...buncha local players who got paid 1/20 of out players getting paid today...
This TM would tear our current TM's @$$ APART... we ve gone so backward in last 12 years... very sad!

you say all that but i think we still got lucky ! US didnt deserve to lose , even i really love our 1998 team in WC !

that game was not about good play or bad play, u.s.a was a better team comeing to that wc before the contiversy they had in their team. iran was comeing out of not winning the last 5 or 6 WE QUALIFIED WITH OUT WINNING A SINGLE MATCH IN THE LAST 5 OR 6 MATCHES IN 98.both team was going through alot. iran had a new coach right before the tournment, usa had a baby mama drama for the ages.this game was about who wanted it more, and these 2 teams came in to the field being in a total different sets of minds. the iranians had 1,000,000 khooneh shahid on their heads according to themselfs, and the usa had who did whos wife on the team.IT WAS ONE FOR THE AGES.
