1. Mohammad Paziraei
2. Firooz Alizadeh
3. 2, Mohammad Paziraei (Bronze in 1960) and Rahim Aliabadi (Silver in 1972)
4. Big fat zero (Was really hoping Sourian would win it in the last olympics)
5. Just one... Hamid Sourian 5 time world champion (2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010) Not even Hamid has won an Olympic medal, let alone gold... That is why Olympic medals are so precious.

i start to follow wrestling in daily base between 89 to 95 and if i am not wrong iran didnt have a single medal in GR during these period in world championship ..
