As much as I love Iran I don't think we are anything close to being an emerging world power. it takes more than just nuclear know how to be a world power.

Well we have the 12th biggest car industries in the world.
We are nearly 80% efficient militarily.
We have major, MAJOR deals with India, China, Germany, Russia to name a few.
We have a healthy population with a 70% youth figure.
We are not relying on gas and oil to much, hence nuclear.
We have great intelligence
We have great influence in the Muslim world.
We are progressing rapidly in all fields
We have cloned animals several times.
We have made cures for many illnesses
We have one of the best eye, nose (lol) surgeons in the world
We are researching in stem cell.

Oh and we are the Greatest.

How many car industries are there in total? 12 or 13?

I guess besides the nuclear energy, the rest of the 20% is "only" for us to build our own military planes/ships/choppers and then we're all set!

Actually, we do have our own, i.e. motage of Fokker planes and even our own montage Bell-Cobra!!!, but yes they need a little work.
