I don't see why not..We had friendly against Croatia before 1998 WC and I think Carlos Queiroz Can make it happen, since he was born in Mozambique I think he might be able to pull some strings and have some friendlies with Decent African teams. Let's hope IFF makes some investments and we see some great friendlies....
