You guys are the owners of the site. You are the host, Sahab Khoneh and we are all guests in your house.
If you really don't want this individual to come to your house, shit all over and create tension and headache for staff, then WHY NOT ban him for good !!!
This is well within your rights and power. This is your house and you write the rules. It is that simple.

We already have a rule about NOT using proxies so if you ban his IP, then he can not come back.
The man's goal is to diverge and hijack every single thread and to frustrate people to leave or stop caring and quite frankly, he is good at it.
Now, does he get paid to DO this or is he simply a delusional, loner who seeks attention and has nothing to do better than to raise reaction from people by insulting them is another matter and quite frankly, irrelevant to the discussion.

If you really think he is BAD for the site and the vision that you have for the site, then BAN him and stop his circus act.

There is no question that General has been insulted more than any other member here. But come on guys, this is a discussion forum. I do not think it is a requirement for members to agree on everything. Let me be frank, we got to learn to tolerate opposing views. Have to be honest IranZamin or Natural may piss me off sometimes but their view point is something unique. Same with other members, I am sure you all said something at some point where I was like fuck...

Or me for that matter. Anyway we should not be cry babies. Say General had 20 ids or somehow had help from mods, does that make him more persuading? As for General, I think it is very creepy to talk about little girls in a sexual manner, and for the love of god please let go of the routine victim game in every single thread.

Now for anyone who wants to leave because of General, would you rather join a forum where Mr A says this is the deal and Mr X and Y agree? Now whats the point of having a discussion then? You guys with your constant whining and nagging are putting a strain on the moderating staff to the point they had to make this thread and take shots at General to exonerate themselves.

I know ISP is a small community but we got to manage to fit and handle our big egos here. We can not have civil discussions amongst ourselves and then we want that to happen in Iran. To say it roo rast we need to have a thicker skin and stop whining to the moderators every week.

Getting rid of the cancerous presence (as you aptly put it) of a clown like him is not only the sensible thing to do, it would also be one of the most basic chores of the admin or moderators of any forum.

As you pointed out, no normal person would tolerate this much ridicule and hate on a daily basis unless they were a troll. He's in my ignore file and I stopped giving him the attention he BEGS for a long time ago, but as someone who has posted here for years and still has some affinity for this site, I find it sad that many good members have been banned, chosen to leave, or ended up turning against each other because of this worthless idiot. The gradual demise of this forum is something that not only does this troll play a part in, it may just be his main purpose.

Whatever point is being made by keeping the fool here, it's really not worth all this, aziz. It's really not.

i dont agree with the notion that because pooya or myself are admins we can do whatever we like.

our primary role is to make sure this forum is accessible 24 hours a day / 365 days a week. there was a time when we did everything ourselves, but we all have other commitments and so we get help (and expect members to help) to run this community.

the moderation team does a fantastic job, and any decision regarding banning members should be made with their approval. We have had endless discussions about how to deal with GP. Honestly, i wish someone added all the hours we have wasted on figuring out how to deal with GP (and other members who keep fighting with GP). every solution we have come up with has been unsuccessful.

In a recent discussion with the moderators, i suggested banning GP as an alternative option (pooya has suggested this in the past as well). This was rejected, and i can understand why. moderators believe (and rightly so) that if GP breaks the rules, then he would get banned. but until then, they dont think they can ban him (and i guess if you are trying to be fair, then this is the FAIREST way of handling this issue).

so we face this issue here that GP continues to antagonise people, resulting in their ban (behrooz banned, keyvan banned, shahin is on last warning, referee wants to leave, many others are not happy) but he cleverly stops short of breaking the rules, so avoids getting in trouble.

I can not force him to be banned, but i can ask him to show some decency and leave this forum for the good of ISP. I ask him again, what does he get by staying here? he can see the majority are against him. he can see the majority would prefer if he wasnt around. He can see that ISP would be in more harmony if he wasnt around. He can see how he antagnises people and he can see the abuse he gets on the daily basis. he can see that every thread he posts in, ends up in argument and some shit about hezbe mehr. so what keeps him here? seriously, any sane or insane human being would by now have said fuck this.

This is obvious he is using different usernames , if you couldn't find it either he is clever or ISP should change their IT guy , all of us know he is not that clever so it is highly recommended to ISP people to change their IT admin.

I'm honestly amazed to read this. And it begs the question: Is trolling not breaking the rules?...Or has the moderating team come up with a unique definition of the term that the rest of cyberworld is not yet familiar with.

I could sit here and count one evidence after another. But just that ONE moronic letter he posted purporting to be from "Hezbe Mehr" giving him commands about posting here(!) was such an outrageously clear giveaway, such a blatant indication that he's only here to make a mockery of this site, that on any forum he would have been tossed out right then and there.

This guy's entire existence on ISP, transforming overnight from an over the top caricature of anti-IR opposition to a super-religious IR-apologist, claiming he's a General, then saying he's actually the driver of a General(!), all the while insisting to be from an imaginary political party, has been one prolonged troll act. I wouldn't be surprised if it's actually an internet record at this point!

Being fair is a wonderful thing. But we shouldn't get so caught up in the abstract idea that we lose sight of common sense and refuse to acknowledge what's right in front of us.
