This is right after Rezaei renewed his contract....
Don't you think he has a clause in his contract saying that he can brake the contract if they relegate? When did his first contract run out, summer of 2005? If so and he has this clause he will be a free player...

He did??? Nothing about that on Messina's official site!
However they will most likely turn to other organizations to make an appeal...

So the last word has probably not been spoken yet!

He hasnt renewed yet. Not that I know of.

Also I think this is what Serie A "wants", as they would be reducing the league back to 18 teams. I have a feeling appeals will fail.

Here is the reason.
Torino, Messina expelled from Italy's Serie A

ROME, July 15 (Reuters) - Italian clubs Messina and Torino have been expelled from Serie A because of the poor state of their finances, a board meeting of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) decided on Friday.

Both clubs have already indicated they will appeal in the law courts against any ban, which means that the case could rumble on until the start of next season on August 28.
