42' Shevchenko (Milan) scores! Milan have dominated the first half and finally make the breakthrough with the interval fast approaching. PSV have defended deeply for much of the match but are found high up the field for once and are promptly punished. Kaká's long ball over defence leaves Shevchenko and Bouma to sprint after it and there was only ever really going to be one winner as the Ukrainian collects and slots the ball under the oncoming Gomes.
