Shots fired at huge election protest in Tehran
TEHRAN, Iran - Shots were fired Monday at a rally by pro-reform presidential candidate Mir Hossein Mousavi, apparently by pro-government militia.
An Associated Press photographer saw one person shot dead and several others who appeared to be seriously wounded in Tehran's Azadi Square. The shooting came from a compound for volunteer militia linked to Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guard.
"There has been sporadic shooting out there ... I can see people running here," added a reporter of Iran's English-language Press TV.

I wonder what the regime supporters really feel looking at this photo. I wish one of them would explain it. I get a feeling they love it thinking the people deserve it. Earth to Brains, did we not complain to Shah when his brutality was not even 1/1000th. Brains, but we have god on our side, we are different.
Sarang, once people get to that point, it is the end of IR. But what percentage of people feel that way. This is the best opportunity to get rid of these pests and prosecute them for 30 years of crimes against the humanity on Iranian people. The IR wont give out easily as they know when Shah did, they executed so many of their people and think the people would do the same to them.
how should people deal with the basijis? How come the fascist regime supporters never comment on the killings or the brutality? Somehow the news of killings and stabbings must get around so more people come out.
