I was checking Azadegan league and it says Siah jamgan and Foolad novin are promoted automatically and Mes Kerman beat Mes Rafsanjan to play against Est. Khuzestan for the final spot.
However is foolad novin allowed to compete in the IPL since it is the reserve side of Foolad and I believe reserve teamd cant compete in the same league as your main team??
